Shipping and returns

Damaged or Faulty Products Eligibility: 

We accept returns only for products that are damaged or deemed faulty. If you have received a damaged or faulty product, we apologise as every component is checked before being dispatched, will do our best to resolve the issue promptly and provide a replacement. 

Time Limit for Returns:

To be eligible for a return, you must notify us of the issue within 7 days of receiving the product. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for damaged or faulty items.

Return Procedure:

If you receive a damaged or faulty product within the 7-day timeframe, please follow these steps to initiate the return process: 

Contact us at sales@elitehydronics.com about the issue with the product. Provide necessary details such as EH order number, product name, description of the damage or fault, evidence like photos or call Dave on 07552419307 

We will guide you through the return process and provide instructions for packaging and shipping the product back to us.

    We also offer expedited shipping at the following rates:

    Orders under £100 Express (1 to 3 business days) £20


    If you select an expedited shipping option, we will follow up after you have placed the order with any additional shipping information. All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

    DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
    We do not offer international shipping.

    WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
    If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
