Returns and Restocking Fee
Returns are only accepted within 30 days of receiving the goods and must be in the same condition as when they were shipped. A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items, and the original shipping costs, as well as the return shipping costs, will be deducted from the purchase total.
Products with a Lead Time (Italy Orders)
For products requested from Italy with a lead time, if the Customer requests to cancel the order after it has been confirmed, a 50% handling fee will be applied. This fee will be calculated based on the total cost of the product and any shipping charges, to cover processing and logistical expenses.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item. We will investigate the issue and may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
Incorrect Orders
We understand that errors can occur during the ordering process. Please review your order carefully before finalising it. Elite Hydronics shall not be responsible for incorrect orders placed by the customer. This includes, but is not limited to, ordering the wrong product, wrong size, or quantity. Therefore, we strongly advise you to double-check your order before confirming the purchase.
