No Refund Policy, as all sales are final, including pre-order and special order items.

All Sales Are Final:
Once a purchase is made, it is considered final. We do not offer refunds, 

Damaged or Defective Products: 
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the item. We will promptly investigate the issue and take appropriate action, which may include providing a replacement or store credit at our sole discretion.
Incorrect Orders:
We understand that errors can occur during the ordering process. Please review your order carefully before finalizing it. Elite Hydronics shall not be responsible for incorrect orders placed by the customer. This includes, but is not limited to, ordering the wrong product, wrong size, or quantity. Therefore, we strongly advise you to double-check your order before confirming the purchase.  

Cancellation of Pre-Order or Special Order Items:
If you wish to cancel a pre-order or special order item please contact us immediately before the order is processed.
